If you have landed on this site and expected to find my old website, things have changed.  Sometimes things change because we want them to change and other times we are pushed kicking and screaming!  Well, my original website was “Hacked”, so I am building a new site.  I had to take everything down.  Maybe it was time to start fresh.  Here we go on a new path.  I am actually pretty excited about it.  Stay with me as I “fill in the blanks” and hopefully add worthwhile content.   In the meantime, visit my blog at www.coachingmindbodyandspirit.com.  Love you for your patience!
